For more than 30 years, H&S has been the supply partner of choice to Ontario’s purpose-built residential rental sector, providing the maintenance, repair, operations, and renovation products that property teams rely on for everyday upkeep, tenant turnover, and full renovations. Based in Vaughan, Ontario, the company serves Canada’s largest institutional property owners, property managers, and REITs.

The Shanghavi family, Amit, Punit, and Mukesh, will continue to lead the business, ensuring continuity for H&S’s customers and employees. Ashlynne Dale will join the Board of Directors, reflecting Innisfree Shield Capital’s commitment to active partnership and long-term value creation.
